Haha, very cute! Young Kurama was an enigma. Maybe even more so than now, since he didn't try to act human then. The way you described the shedding of his personality was brilliant. Just like a fox, mimic what you see to not be questioned. I really loved that part. And his way of overthinking Kaito's story was hilarious! I think you're making me like these Kaito/Kurama interactions very much.

I really liked this. You wrote Kurama well - he has this not-child quality that Kaito picks up on and it's lovely to see everything through his POV.
