ARGH, the second chapter was so angsty! I loved it! Like I said before, Hiei needs some self-esteem, but I'm glad Kurama tried to convince him that he's loved. The whole hug scene was vivid and very well-written. Are you going to continue this?

It didn't flop, but it did ruin the powerful effect of the first chapter. It was a very good chapter in its own though so don't get me wrong because I did enjoy it.

I really like this story. It is angsty, but that's a good thing. I love dissecting the character's psyches, and you are doing it quite well. I look forward to your next installment!

It's amazing how you wrote this in first person, and it hadn't registered to me as obvious at all. The imagery and emotions stand out, especially. I think you should continue. ^-^

Seriously, Hiei needs some self esteem. I doubt Kurama would ever tire of him and if he did, I could take over. YAY.
I loved this, especially since it was angsty and in the first person. Props to you, I haven't even attempted first person yet. Hiei was very well characterized, I mean, he does have nightmares throughout the series, and he would defintely push Kurama away like that, yet watch over him. Hiei's noble like that.
