Interesting ... but I'm a little confused. This seems a little abrupt--but then, this says that it's Scene *13*?

0.o Shura ... did. NOT. just--heh, well, from the very end of that chapter, it looks like the old Ganderran Lord might not be *quite* out.
We've got a better grasp of the plot as well in this chapter--that kid is *so* dead...

Shura's quest ... I wonder if his role in the story is good or no? Time will tell, yeah? You've given us a taste, not enough to have a solid idea of what all's going on, but it's enticing!
Oh, and Kurama's occupation--he *would* make a good PI, wouldn't he? ^_^ Nice.
