I thought this was going to be one of those "Hatanaka is evil" fics (you know, where he abuses Kurama for no reason at all besides just being a bastard), but you subverted that nicely.
And, to be quite honest, I don't think that Sensui would have any female followers. But I do like that he's in this fic, even though I think his desire to kill Kurama is a bit OOC. (Plus I'm thrilled that he's [presumably] going to start fucking his followers. Are you going to have some of the canon Seven in this AU or not?)
All in all, a pretty good AU-fic.
