Twister
By mocha
I do not own Yu Yu Hakusho, but I do own all of the games
mentioned and use in this fanfic. I’m not sure if that really counts, but oh
well.
Warnings: Yaoi. Lemon. Sex on a Twister mat.

The rain
fell mercilessly onto the house with no intention of stopping. The gutters had
already filled to the limit with water and were overflowing on the sides like a
waterfall. The roads were slick and slippery and the earthy soil was turning
into gooey mud. It was dark, miserable, and overall, depressing.
“Fox?”
“What?”
“I’m
bored.”
Kurama
chuckled and looked up from his book. “It’s pretty dismal out there, isn’t it?”
he said from his position on the couch. “We can’t go out there until it
lightens up a bit.”
“Hn….I hate
rain.” Hiei sighed and flopped back down onto the floor. He stared up at the
ceiling, only to succeed in delving deeper into boredom. He gave another
frustrated sigh and turned to his side, moving his sight to his fox.
Things were
pretty dull in the Makai, so Mukuro treated her heir to a whole week off. Hiei
had instantly rushed to the Ningenkai, hoping to escape the dullness, and got thoroughly
soaked with rain in the process. With the look of a drowned rat, he appeared at
Kurama’s window in not the greatest of moods. Now he was dry, but his mood had
not improved. He attempted to leave the Makai’s bland atmosphere behind, but it
seemed to follow him right to his mate’s house. Stupid rain.
“So what do
you want to do?” asked Kurama to break the silence.
“Go
outside.”
“Besides
that.”
The fire
demon turned over to lie onto his stomach. “Something to keep me amused. What
do ningens usually do on these days?”
“Do what
you’re doing right now.” The kitsune smiled when he heard another groan of
boredom and closed his book. “Of course, there are other things….”
“Like…?”
Hiei questioned, propping his head on his arms.
“Movies,
cooking, reading, sleeping,” he numbered off from the top of his head. “And
games.”
“Games?”
The Jaganshi raised his eyebrows in interest. “Do they involve winning?”
“Definitely.”
Kurama pulled away from the couch and settled next to his mate on the floor.
“Winning a simple ningen game makes you look all high and mighty. There’s lots of competition and most games at
the end declare you king if you win.”
It was hard
to suppress laughing from the look on Hiei’s face. Okay, perhaps Kurama had
exaggerated on the whole “high and mighty” thing, maybe a little too much, but
it had caught the small demon’s interest. Plus, it would pass the time. And the
Koorime wasn’t one to back out of a challenge.
With Hiei
obviously agreeing to the challenge, Kurama raced to the closet and pulled out
all the board games that he thought would be acceptable to his picky lover. He
resisted skipping back with the rectangular boxes held in his hands, but
couldn’t resist a smile. So many childhood memories were embedded in these
games.
“Here they
are!” he cheered while dumping the games onto the floor. Hiei glared at the
over-cheeriness, but let it pass.
“These are
games?” he asked, poking at the boxes. “Pathetic. There’s no knives or bombs.”
“Ningen
games usually don’t involve physical injury,” Kurama said. Hiei rolled his
eyes. How boring.
The Youko
rummaged around the boxes, looking for the right game to start off with. “I
think you’ll like….Candyland.”
~*~*~*~
“What the
hell?! I became the Sweet Snow King! How come there isn’t any Sweet
Snow Castle
appearing behind me?!”
Kurama
sighed and rubbed his forehead. Maybe he shouldn’t have brought Candyland….
“Ningen games don’t give you anything for winning, Hiei. It just gives you the
satisfaction of victory.”
“That’s
pretty lame,” Hiei commented, throwing his red playing piece into the box. “You
should at least deserve some kind of reward for putting up with that
scary-looking gumdrop guy. And now I’m hungry.”
The youkai
ran off to the kitchen to grab some real sweet snow while Kurama picked out
another game. He instantly put Monopoly aside – Hiei couldn’t exactly count. He
would probably accuse Life of being some cheap fortune teller as well.
Hmm….maybe Guess Who?
~*~*~*~
“HIEI! You
cheated!”
“So? The
point of the game is to win, right?”
“Yes, but
not with your Jagan!” Kurama tossed his card into the box. “You can’t just look
through it like that.”
“Suit
yourself,” he replied, the glow on his forehead fading.
It took a
while for both to establish the rules of what can and can’t be done, but after
a few cursing and swearing, Hiei got the hang of it. He lost miserably to Mouse
Trap, and lost again on the rematch, all because he kept stepping onto the
‘back to start’ spaces. He hated Sorry, mainly because Kurama kept throwing his
pieces back to the starting place. The demon took Connect Four more seriously
than he should have, and he nearly burned Operation to ashes, thinking that the
beeping sounds were buttons to a hidden bomb. Kurama knew that the puzzles
would be considered a rip-off, so those were eliminated.
“Bored
again,” said Hiei, falling to the floor once more.
“At least
we’re doing something,” the fox replied back, shifting through the boxes. Hungry
Hungry Hippos wouldn’t work, nor Yahtzee. His hands fell onto a white one with
colored dots. Twister….
A very evil
and delicious idea suddenly popped into his head. He pressed the box against
his face and grinned, thanking the gods for giving him a perverted mind.
“Here’s a really good game,” he said, stressing
the ‘really’ with a seductive undertone. “Twister. It’s where you put your
hands and feet on these colored dots and try not to fall.”
“Okay….”
Hiei pushed himself up and watched his redhead lay out a white mat. True
enough, there were large dots set in rows over the mat: red, blue, yellow and
green. Kurama then reached into the thin box and pulled out a cardboard square
with a black spinney-thingy. Hiei walked over to the mat, but the fox poked his
chest with his finger.
“Take off
your shirt.”
“And why
would I want to?”
“’Cuz
that’s the rules of the game,” the kitsune retorted. “Off.”
For a
moment, the Youko wondered if he should’ve added “Take off your pants,” but
Hiei would probably catch on to that. Once both were completely bare-chested,
they stood at the front of the mat with Kurama holding the spinner.
“This is
what you do,” he explained, flicking the black handle. It spun around its axis
and landed on a yellow dot with the words “Left Hand” in the corner.
“That means
I put my left hand on a yellow dot and keep it there until I have to move it
again,” he said. Kurama bent down and demonstrated with a smile. “Just like
that. Your turn.”
“So the
point of the game is to give us sore backs?” the Jaganshi commented
sarcastically. Oh well, he thought while flicking the spinner. There wasn’t
anything else better to do…. “Right hand red.”
“Over
there,” said Kurama. Hiei moved the spinner to his left and pressed his right
to the second red dot.
Hopefully we’ll get into some interesting
position soon, the Youko thought while taking his turn. “Right hand blue.”
“Right foot
red….urg….” Hiei bent down as much as he could without falling and put his foot
in the correct spot. “That’s quite the stretch.”
“Trust me,”
the redhead claimed while spinning. Left foot yellow. “It’ll get better….”
“Left hand
blue.”
“Right hand
red.” Kurama’s arm snaked through and touched the dot above Hiei’s right hand.
The youkai raised an eyebrow, an evil and delicious suddenly drifting through
his mind…. “Right foot blue.”
“Right foot
yellow.” He shifted around a bit, trying to get used to the awkward position.
Hiei got
the same. “Right foot yellow.” He looked up and saw that the closest yellow dot
was five spots up from the end. Grr….
He bent his
right knee, crouched down, and flipped himself over into a one-legged tabletop
pose.
“That was
impressive, Hiei.”
“Just….spin….dammit,”
he growled with his arms shaking.
“Left hand
blue.” Ah, perfect. With a sly grin plastered over his lips, he reached over
Hiei’s waist and touched the dot across. The Koorime trembled slightly at the
contact of his lover’s bare skin brushing his belly…. “Left hand red….”
“Right hand
yellow.” Kurama shifted around to his spot. In this position, they both had a
view of each other’s faces. Both were panting slightly and the rise and fall of
their chests could be seen. Kurama licked his lips and didn’t break eye contact
when Hiei spun.
“Left foot
blue….”
A rosy tint
appeared over the fire demon’s cheeks when he moved his foot to the first blue
dot. The tint turned into a blush when he found his legs spread out under the
fox’s hips and Kurama hovering right over him….with his sweet breath caressing
his face….
Kurama gave
a Youko-like grin and lowered his head to kiss Hiei’s nipples. He took a pink
nub into his mouth and teased it slightly with his tongue. Hiei struggled to
keep his balance as a shudder waved through him. “Ah….”
The kitsune
moved his hand briefly to flick the spinner. He watched it stop, moved back
right to Hiei’s face, and whispered over his moist lips, “Right foot green.”
He moved
his foot back and Hiei couldn’t stop a smirk from escaping – he liked Twister.
“Right foot
green,” he mumbled. When he moved his foot, his legs spread even wider and his
bellybutton was exposed right in front of the redhead. Kurama took advantage of
this and kissed the muscular abs while spinning. “Left foot red.”
Unfortunately,
this move twisted his legs completely around. He balanced himself on his arms
and ended up facing the wall. “I don’t feel comfortable.”
“Too bad,”
said Hiei, taking his turn. “Right hand green.”
The youkai
moved next to his right hand. This gave him all of Kurama’s chest and the back
of his covered thigh.
“Right hand
green – ohh….” He froze when he felt Hiei’s tongue graze along his thigh. He
nibbled the muscle with his fangs and placed a butterfly kiss on it. Licking
his lips, Kurama moved around and ended up having Hiei on top of him with his
hips near the demon’s face. Looks like he caught on to his plan…. “Your turn….”
“Left hand
green.”
He watched
Kurama move a hand to spin, when a question came up. “Say, Kurama….”
“Yes,
Hiei?”
“When….does
the game end?”
The fox
looked up from the spinner and winked with one of those sexy, seductive smiles
that made anyone melt. “When one of us falls.”
“I see,” he
replied with his own smile. He shifted a little as his heartbeat jumped in
excitement. This was gonna be fun….
“Right foot
red.”
Kurama
moved around and rubbed his hips against Hiei’s. The youkai gasped when a hard
heat caressed over the fabric of his pants. He thrust back, smirking when his
lover moaned between his flushed lips. Oh yeah….this would be fun.
Hiei raised
a hand and flicked the spinner. “Left hand blue.”
~*~*~*~
“Ah….ah….oh,
Hiei….”
“Uhhh….left
foot….yellow….”
Hiei
trembled with pleasure when he moved to his position. They were still playing
the same game, but many postures and movements left both of their pants zippers
undone and sweat appearing over their chests. A few red marks were visible on
their chests, proof of sucking and kissing. He was almost sitting on Kurama’s
hips, but not quite. The kitsune’s left hand was on the upper green dot, right
hand on the upper red, left foot on the second green and right on the third
blue. Kurama reached to spin and inhaled when it landed.
“Right foot
red….”
