Meskhenet's Notes To Readers: Hello. I'm new here to this
site and I very impressed so far. I'm so surprised to see so many
authors and their stories here! I also see my favorite yaoi couples
on this site. I'm quite surprised to see some people can't stand Anzu
Mazaki in lame terms, hate Anzu's friendship speeches as much as I
do. I also see some Self-Insertions on here and I wanted to give it a
try, so far My self-insertion favorite authors are Mo-Kitty, Nite
Nite. I hope I can find some more self-insertions here also. I'm
giving you your hair color and eye color so all you have to do is
insert your name.

Kurama is 24 years old in this story.

This is normally in your P.O.V.
Throughout the whole story maybe. But in this chapter the chat
between your mother and the doctor is in normal P.O.V Then in your
P.O.V again.

Chapter 1

Falling

Darkness.

That's all I can see. Where am I? What
happened?

The last thing I remember is crossing
the street with my friends, I dropped my cell phone and went to get
it then...the car lights! I'm not dead am I?

~Waiting Room~

Seven teens paced
back and forth while a middles aged woman sat down crying. Her son,
Kyoka went over to soothe his mother. “It's alright mother,
(name) will be alright” he tried while he rubbed his mother's
back. He had also hoped that you would be alright.

“The Matsumoto family?” some one called out which made
the the worried group look up and saw one of the doctors of the
hospital make their way to them. “Yes, that's us is (name)
alright?!” Kyoka asked which seemed like yelling at this point.

“Kyoka!” Your mother hushed while glaring at him which
made Kyoka mutter something and stepped back.

“My name is Aiko Matsumoto, is my daughter alright?”
The doctor sat down near Aiko and sighed while he removed his
glasses. “My name is Dr. Minamino, Shuichi and yes your
daughter did come through.” He sighed before he continued.
“(name) does have quite a few injuries.” Aiko's faces
paled. “Injuries?” Shuichi nodded.

“(name) has a broken leg, and arm with a few cuts and gashes
on her body.” Aiko gasped as tears started to fall again. “Can
I go see her?” Aiko asked which made Shuichi smile. “Yes,
of course, but she is asleep due to the painkillers.” Aiko
sighed and nodded as she followed the doctor.

~Room 204~

The room was dark
as you laid on the bed still. Aiko pushed open the door and made her
way over to the bed and smile d softly when she saw your peaceful
face. She pushed back your hair and tucked it behind your ear. You
were breathing softly. Your chest rising up and down with the rhythm
of the beeping machine's beside your bed. There were bandages
covering your face here and there and your left foot and leg were
elevated slightly.

“Oh (name)” Aiko whispered while she grabbed your
hand. “I thought I lost you today....I rushed her as soon as I
could.” Aiko smiled softly as she placed your hand back on the
bed and gave you a sweet kiss on your forehead before she left
closing the door behind her.

~Next Morning~

Light. It's too
bright...

I open my eyes but
quickly close them again due to the sunlight shone right on my face.
I sit up slightly while I looked around and my eyes caught gaze of a
vase of white roses. Ryu must have brought them. He knows my favorite
flowers are roses. I sigh when my eyes rest on my leg then on my arm.
Well, I can't hang out anytime soon.

“You awake. Good.” I jump slightly before I look at
the door and I one doctor's walking in. He has long crimson red hair
that is tied in a low ponytail. His emerald green eyes are behind a
small pair of glasses. He's good looking. He walks in front of the
bed and pulls out a chart before walking by the bedside.

“I'm going to ask you some questions, I want you to answer
them for me ok?” He asks.

I nod.

“What's your name?” He ask.

“(name) Matsumoto” I reply.

“Age?”

“16.”

“The school you attend, what grade?”

“Meiou High, 10^th grade.”

“Do you have any siblings?”

I sigh. “Yes,
I do his name is Matsumoto, Kyoka we're both children of Aiko and
Harusi Matsumoto.” I say.

He smirks while
looking down. “Impressive, you didn't lose any memories.”
I smirk back at him. He walks over to the blinds and closes them
slightly. “So, how long do I have to to stay here?” I ask
while poking at the cast on my arm. I'm know I'm going to hate this,
then again who would?

“About two to three weeks.” He replies and writes
something on my chart and puts it back. He starts to leave but I stop
him.

“So, what's your name?” I ask.

He raises his
eyebrow before walking back over to me.

“Why do you want to know?” He asks.

“You know mine.” I pointed out.

“Yes, because your my patient. I'm suppose to know your
name.”

“Your my doctor, I don't think it would be nice if I call I
say 'Hey Doc,' All the time would it?” I ask while a smirk
plays on my lips again.

He chuckles while
he pats my head like I'm a dog or cat doing good. I pout at the
childish tactic's.

“You have spunk kid, The name is Minamino, Shuichi.”
He says I growl and slap his hand off my head.

“I'm not a kid.” I say before he walks out the door he
just chuckles. I sigh before I slid down the bed. He's so cute, I
wonder how old he is? He knows how old I am so it's only fair right?
Right?

“Good Morning.” A nurse chirps while she comes in with
a tray. Hospital food, eh,

I take the tray
and start to eat while I flick through the channels of the T.V. I
just hope that my friends comes to visit or I'll go crazy.

~Around Noon'~

I sighed while I
placed the tray of food beside my bed. The nurse had just came in
with lunch but I didn't want it right now. I wonder what mother is
doing right now.

“(name)!” I look over to the door and see my friends
rushing through the door. My mother comes in after them.

I smile weakly.
“Hi guys,”

My best friend,
Miyuki smiles before she rushes over and gives me a hug. “Thank
goodness your alright (name) I was so worried!” I return the
hug.

“Yeah, I should know...” Airai, my childhood friend
said while glaring at Miyuki. “You kept calling me all night
asking if (name) was alright.” Miyuki just smiles while she
jumps up and down her light purple curly hair bouncing up and down.
Ami sighed while she held onto her sister's shoulders to keep her
from jumping. “She's hyper again.” I nodded.

“Your up (name),” My brother Kyoka says while walking
to my beside. He leans down and gives me a gentle hug. “Both
mother and I were so worried about you.” He whispered in my
ear. I sigh while I returned the heart-felt hug. Kyoka may seem like
he's a tough guy and doesn't care about anyone or anything but he
would rather die if something happened to me or mom.

Mom smiles while
she rushes over and gives me a bone-crushing hug. “I was so
worried sweetie, are you alright?” She asks before letting me
go. “I'm fine mom.” I say while I clutched my neck trying
to breathe normal again. That's when I see him. Ryu aka My crush
standing behind Ami. He likes too, I should know. Ami, his sister
told me.

“H-hi Ryu.” I said while cursing the blush that was
coming onto my face.

My mom looks at me
then at Ryu then smiles. “(name) I'm sorry I we can't stay,
we'll see you later.” She says while she usher's everyone else
out.

“Thank-you for the roses Ryu, their beautiful.” I say
while smiling at him. He smilies back while tucking some his auburn
hair back while his sea-green eyes sparkle.

“I'm glad you like them.” He says while he makes his
way over to the bed and sits besides me.

“I was so worried about you (name)” Ryu whispers while
I look down at the white sheets which became so interesting right
now. I hear Ryu laugh before he takes my chin and turns my face right
directly to his. Before I could say anything, his lips descend on
mine. I slowly sigh while closing my eyes. His lips are so soft. We
stay like this for three minutes and until a amused voice makes
presence.

“I'm not disturbing anything am I?” I break from the
kiss and I see my Shuichi standing by the door with his amused smile
on his face.

Both Ryu and I
blush before we give each other space. “I-I'll see you later
(name)” Ryu says quickly while he rushed out the room.

I sigh while I
touched my lips then turned to glare at Shuichi aka my doctor. He
just blinks innocently at me. “What?”

I just turn away
from him while he writes and reads over my chart. There was silence
for five minutes before I turn back to him a noticeable blush on my
face.

“Where is the restroom?” He just smirks while he pulls
out a pink pan.

I raise my
eyebrow. “You kidding right?”

He smiles. “You
have to get use to your cast first.” He said while winking. I
can feel my face redden even more.

Gods, this is
going to be three looooonnnggg weeks!
