Hiei's Harem - Pt. 1 - Establishment

Thanks for your review, Shibu. It brings up a couple issues I'm about to tackle which is why this Fic is also rated with Yaoi or male/male relations. It all starts in that vein in this very scene, as a matter of fact, so be warned if you're a reader that doesn't care for guy/guy stuff. Now, Shibu, as far as what Sarista told Gamaru. You gotta get into the mind of a 'pack'. No member is more important or expected to be more respected than the Alpha. So this is Sarista's mindset. Yes, she loves her boys, but the Alpha must come first in all her judgments or decisions. Have a little patience. :o) I said it was going to be long so there will be plenty of issues to be tackled. As always I enjoy reading all reviews. Who knows, someone just may bring up an issue that I do need to work on. Trust me, I do put a lot of thought and work in my fics, but long ones can tend to get a tad screwed in details. But I try my best to keep it flowing.

Also, as always, I encourage my artistic readers to be imaginative and creative. So if you got a suggestion, make it. I'll consider them if it's not already something in my work. See? Shibu has already inspired me to get this next scene out quickly, lol. Alright, enough of my rambling. On with the story!

Scene 19 ----------------------------------------- The River


* When Hiei comes to a stop on a high branch he discovers the cause of the uncertain arguing he'd heard. Gamaru has D'Garo by the shoulders and is shaking him.


Gamaru- What did he do to you?! Tell me!

D'Garo- I told you! He used his third eye to help me!

Gamaru- Bulls---! He's brainwashed you!


* Gamaru shoves the younger male aside with an angry growl.


Gamaru- I'll kill him!


* Troiyoku moves in now to confront his brother.


Troiyoku- You'll do no such thing!

Silis- Get your haed out of your a--, Gam! If you do manage to kill him what will happen to our mothers and our Aunts? What about their..?!

Gamaru- I'll kill him, then I'll be the lead-..


* Before Gamaru can even finish the word he finds himself skidding and hopping along the ground. He skips a couple times across the river like a large pebble before he finally plops into the middle. The black blur materializes at the river's edge. Hiei's eyes and aura flare as the younger Fire hybrid bursts back to the surface.


Hiei- You want to kill me..? To take my place..? Then come and do so, Boy!


* Silis and D'Garo look anxiously at Troiyoku. The oldest subordinate crosses his arms and lowers his eyes. Hiei hears Troiyoku's soft answer to their silent inquiries, but keeps his eyes trained on Gamaru.


Troiyoku- (Quietly) This is Gamaru's fight.. He's the one that issued the challenge.

Silis- (Quietly) Troi, Master Hiei will..


* Troiyoku turns and moves to the edge of the clearing in a blink, making his stand clear. Silis and D'Garo exchange glances then go over to join him. Gamaru understands their display and growls with renewed anger. He roils the river as he charges Hiei. The short Koorime merely blinks aside to avoid the large fist aimed for him. Gamaru uses his own natural speed to turn and pounce on Hiei. For the next half hour the pair blink and blur all over the clearing. Exchanging blows, rolling in tangled unison, and engaging in locked power struggles. When it finally dawns on the weakening, larger male that his opponent hasn't even begun to show any major damage Gamaru uses the last burst of his energy to push Hiei back a few feet. The Koorime knows that the younger male is done and stays put, half crouched and alert. In the state Hiei's in he feels his instincts urging him on his next move. Even as he is, though, Hiei cringes internally at the implications of the action he must decide to make. The apparition tries desperately to stave them off from taking complete control as he keeps his eyes on Gamaru. The boy begins to sidle away, knowing he's defeated. He begins to plan his escape, but before he can move much farther he collapses. The leg that was fractured badly has suddenly snapped audibly. Troiyoku lowers his eyes with a sad flinch. When Hiei's opponent goes down to all fours he can't stave off his intsincts any longer. In a blur, Hiei flits over and lands on Gamaru's back. He closes his eyes tightly as his more rational side begins an internal tug o'war with his instincts. 'Kill him!', 'No, f--- him and claim him now!' the argument continues only a few seconds before Hiei roars and settles his personal dispute by leaning down close to Gamaru's ear.


Hiei- Admit your defeat!


* Gamaru's stubbornness prevails until Hiei moves back some to stomp on his broken, askewed leg. Silis and D'Garo look at Troiyoku when he impulsively stands. But the older male braces himself when he hears his brother yell out his answer painfully.


Gamaru- Yess!! Ahh!!!


* Hiei scrambles back up on the larger body to growl against his ear again.


Hiei- Mine!


* Gamaru, who'd been expecting a killing blow, slowly registers the word when Hiei repeats it more insistently.


Hiei- Mine!!

Gamaru- Y-Yours..


* In a split second Hiei sinks his fangs deep into Gamaru's muscular neck, making the boy cry out. But when Gamaru soon gives up completely and lets his head sag to the side Hiei falls again to his dominant instincts. The surge of his energy flowing into the younger male beneath him triggers Hiei's arousal as well. When Troiyoku realizes what their Alpha is doing he sighs and relaxes to flop back down onto the ground. Silis soon joins him, but D'Garo tilts his head curiously. He watches Hiei move on top of the defeated Gamaru, heaving and thrusting his hips against the younger Fire hybrid's rear. When D'Garo finally realizes, himself, what's happening he blushes furiously and moves to sit slightly behind the other two but facing away from the scene. Troiyoku and Silis glance a smirk at each other and continue watching. When Hiei finally shoots his load deep inside Gamaru his senses slowly return. He lays heaving on the wide, muscular back until he catches his breath and recovers enough strength to raise himself up. He cautiously moves off of Gamaru to sit beside him. When Gamaru attempts to move he suddenly remembers that his leg is broken and groans out his pain as he collapse over onto his back. Hiei glances at the other subordinates, then stands and looks down at Gamaru.


Hiei- Will this lesson need to be repeated?


* Gamaru hesitantly shakes his head, but only slightly.


Hiei- Hyena's are stupidly stubborn, too.


* Hiei turns and motions the others over.


Hiei- Let's get him back to camp.. Sarista can heal him.


* Silis and Troiyoku bend to gather Gamaru up between them.


Gamaru- M-Mother.. will not.. heal me.. She'll kill me herself..

Hiei- I'll deal with her. Let's go. You've lost a lot of blood.


* Hiei motions them to go, then follows them back to the main cave. He keeps an eye out alertly for any unwelcome visitors until they reach the large clearing. As soon as the women spot them coming they all hurry over. Sarista uses her speed to reach them first.


Sarista- Gam,..! What..?!


* She looks up at Hiei fearfully.


Hiei- Very hard training session today.. Just heal the boy, he's in pain and needs to hibernate.

Sarista- Uh, yes.. of course.. Lay him down here gently, boys.


* Gamaru reaches out and snatches Hiei's cloak as the shorter demon starts away. Hiei pauses to look down at him.


(#) Hiei- Next time I won't be so easy on you.


* Hiei then moves off through the other females. Lily's eyes stay on him as he passes. Hiei notices her attentions and pauses briefly beside her. It only takes a mere glance up at her to have her follow him away toward the cave. As Sarista begins to heal Gamaru her eyes fall on the fresh new mark, easily spotted since his robe is ripped halfway down the short sleeve exposing his shoulder. Mother and son meet eyes briefly, then she concentrates on healing him after a slight nod that sets Gamaru at ease. Gamaru soon lets the hibernation pull him into unconsciousness.
