When I wrote these chapters for mediaminer.org, they were rather
on the short side. I was writing them under a tight schedule. So, I�ve decided
to add in some more material that was not included in the mm.org version. I
hope you like this.
There will be some actual sexual content later in the story, but
for the mean time, I�m writing these chapters as a way of establishing the
story. I also wonder if you guys are really looking forward to seeing Yusuke
being turned into the whipping boy of a dominant female demon.^__^
CLUB-S
Part 2: Briefing
Yusuke walked along the street silently. He was currently on
vacation from his work as spirit detective. These days, it was down to him and
Kuwabara and Kurama- as Hiei had opted to remain in the Makai.
The initial pretence had been that he had accepted the position of
second in command to Mukuro so as to further his power and authority in the
dark world. However, to Yusuke and anyone else who had been around the two of
them for any length of time, the real answer was far simpler.
�Hiei must be pretty busy with that tall female demon around him.�
He thought dryly with a faint laugh. �Bedding one of the three great rulers of
Makai must be quite a task.� He went on. �Though, I imagine that Hiei is �up�
to the task.� He added pointedly. A pang of jealousy passed through him
briefly�
�Urameshi-san!� came an unfamiliar yell.
The demi-human looked upward and saw a young girl fly up to him on
an oar. �Botan?� He asked. �Don�t tell me you shrunk?� He asked dryly.
The smaller grim reaper crossed her arms and frowned. Her hair was
dark purple and her eyes matched it. She also looked like a 13 year- where as
Botan looked more like a teenager of some indefinite age. �I am Kura.�
�Spirit world needs you.�
�So do all the women I know.� Yusuke replied. �Ow!� He yelped when
she hit him on the head with her oar.
�This is serious!� she yelled.

"So what's the problem now, Toddler?" Yusuke asked the
ruler in a brisk tone.
Koenma sighed, but chose to forgo his usual retort in the hopes of
expediting the conversation. "A matter of great importance and
delicacy." He replied. "Spirit World is maintained by a council of
elders who oversee the lesser matters. They maintain law and order."
Koenma pauses, taking in the fact that the teen before him now seemed at least
somewhat interested.
"Go on then."
"One of the long-time members is preparing to retire and will
soon be replaced with a new member." Koenma began. "The transition is
imperative, as there is only one viable successor for him- Shiotori Matsui."
He finished.
"What's this all leading up to?" Yusuke asked
impatiently.
"I'm getting to that." Koenma replied. "The problem
is that someone tried to kill him yesterday- we suspect that a terrorist
organization known only as the `Red Claw' was behind it." He finished.
Koenma sighed and then continued. "I'm authorizing you
top-level clearance to rap this case up. In other words- you will be acting on
your own discretion� about the restraints of the law."
Yusuke perked up at this. "Then you're telling me that I
wonted get in trouble no matter what I do, as long as I solve this case?"
The prince nodded. "There are no other candidates to fill the
position- only Matsui is capable of filling all the requirements." He
replied with a grave look on his face. "If he dies, then we'll be dealing
with potential anarchy.
"That serious, eh?" Yusuke remarked as he took the
information in. "What about the others?" He then asked.
Koenma shook his head. "They are currently involved in other
matters and will be delayed for a while- so you will be working this solo,
except for a special agent that will arrive tomorrow."
Yusuke frowned. "I don't like working with people I don't
know." He replied. "I won't have time to break him in." He
added.
"Too bad, he is specially trained for such missions as this-
his skills at intelligence and espionage are necessary." Koenma replied.
"One more thing," He added, sliding a tape across his desk.
"What's this?" Yusuke asked as held up the cassette,
wondering why the spirit world hadn�t switched to DVDs- or at least laserdiscs.
"Footage of the assassination,� Koenma replied gravely. �I
recommend you check it out- perhaps it will help you better understand the case
and who we are dealing with." The Spirit World ruler finished.
Yusuke slipped the tape into his jacket. "Alright, I get
started on this tonight." He replied, patting the bulge of the cassette in
his pocket.
"Good luck." Koenma spoke as the teen left the room.
Koenma sighed and turned around in his chair. �I can�t believe
that this is happening and that I only have Yusuke to depend on.� He complained
to himself.

I added in a brand new scene in this version of chapter 2, the
part where Yusuke encounters to the trainee ferry girl was done especially for
aff.net.
