Scene 20 ------------------------------------------- Garuyun's Fortress
* When Garuyun enters the large room he finds Hiei sitting on the bed checking Yukina's neck.
Garuyun- I haven't mated her, if that's what you're looking for.
* Hiei turns to glare at Garuyun.
Garuyun- (Fiendish grin) That will be your job.
* Garuyun approaches the plexiglass shield confidently. Hiei blinks over to face him angrily.
Hiei- What?!
Garuyun- Do you know what the downfall of most villian-types is?
Hiei- Their stupidity.
* Garuyun chuckles darkly.
Garuyun- And they display this by announcing their every single move.. All I will tell you right now is..
* Garuyun tosses a small round orb into the enclosure. When it hits the ground it immediately explodes with a quiet poof and begins to flood the interior of the enclosure with a thick, yellow fog.
Garuyun- Nighty-night.
* Hiei turns his glaring eyes back up to the handsome demon, now holding his breath as imperceptibly as he can.
Garuyun- Relax, Lord Hiei. It won't kill you.. Besides, it will last longer than you can hold your breath in any case, my pet.
* Hiei growls at the word.
Hiei- Pet?!
* Through the smog Garuyun watches Hiei raise his right arm.
Garuyun- You release that dragon and your species won't be endangered.. it'll be extinct.
* Hiei realizes the truth in Garuyun's words. But they puzzle him at the same time. Before he loses consciousness, Hiei gasps out the question in his mind.
Hiei- En- (cough) dangered?
* The last thing Hiei consciously sees is Garuyun's handsome face sporting that fiendish grin. Garuyun watches the koorime's small frame slowly sink to lay crumpled on the floor unconscious.
