Okay, can I cry now? Oh man, Kurama having his memories supressed like that. WAHHHHHH!!!!! Poor Hiei.
Storywise, this is great. You could do with a bit longer sequences here and there, but the content is solid. Just pacing that seems a bit hurried. You're improving from tale to tale. Keep up the good work!
